Description

Caller has complaint of people running the stop- sign; caller states there has been two accidents in addtion where cars has been totaled with damage to her front yard. several times. Caller has a corner lot and is requesting a speed bump to slow down traffic to numerous speeders. Caller states most of the traffic is coming from the County Neman Road - part Henrico and part Richmond.

    Most of the words in this RVA 311 comment used a strikethrough effect and what was left noted motorists running a stop sign.
