Description
The homeowner has removed tree and yard debris and is blocking the roadway for over 2 weeks. This homeowner is negligent in every instance. When will the fines and necessary legal action be taken to force this homeowner to sell this urban blight? Enough is enough. Road cleaning is on Wednesday, and the trucks will not be able to clean. Inhibiting the work of the city should be mandatory fines.
