Description

We just want people to stop blowing through three way stop signs. A biker almost got hit when they ran it. People speed but its the running through the stop signs that will get someone hurt or killed. Every street (2-4th) have speed bumps to prevent issues so drivers use 5th street to run stop signs. Its super dangerous up and down 5th avenue.

    5th Ave traffic between the curve at Trigg St and Magnolia St must stop at Chestnut, Cypress, Juniper, Myrtle and Magnolia. All stops were legislated by City Council Ordinance No. 2002-279-318 except for the stop at 5th Ave and Magnolia. Contact the Richmond Police Department (804.646.5100) to report vehicles running stop signs.
