    One must stop at either Larchmont Lane or at Mardick Rd when driving on Marcy Place. The approximate distance between these two intersections is 500’ where the average speed was measured at 7mph. Speed tables are not planned. Please complete another RVA311 if you want DPW to review other neighborhood streets.
