Description
The new dynamic speed sign in the median across from 3415 Monument Avenue is being obscured by several tree branches (from the live tree and the dead tree) to such an extent that it is not picking up cars’ speed and therefore not displaying the measured speed to slow down cars. Several branches need trimming to clear the viewing path for the sign.
