Description

I report this trash on two earlier requests: DPW000204110 and DPW000197286. Last week's rainstorms floated the couch downstream just past Owl Orchard. Maintenance crews will need to dislodge the submerged couch that is now wedged under a fallen tree trunk. Heavy equipment (wench / skoop) will probably be required. The maintenance crew is welcome to call me (804) 549 - 7509 for exact direction.
