Description

Tree maintenance request citizen stated the tree that are around the bend are in the way of drivers sight as they approach the intersection and feels as though the City Of Richmond should come to cut around the trees as speeders are coming mostly through that area . ad she is afraid someone will be hurt ad or hit by a vehicle from the speeding and the blocking of vision from the trees hanging.
