- Staff · June 3, 2025Thank you for your recent report concerning the construction-related obstruction of the sidewalk and right-of-way. We have investigated the matter and spoken with the individuals responsible. They were instructed to clear the sidewalk immediately and to obtain the proper construction permits if they intend to continue any work that may impact the public right-of-way. If the issue has not been resolved by the end of the week, feel free to reach back out so we can take further action as necessary.
