Description

citizen talk to crew that will be out Monday to prune tree. this is not the issue the roots are cracking the sidewalk and also citizen can park in parking spot due to the roots have grown out into the parking space. citizen can not grown grass due to the roots sucking up the water from her yard. prvious Request: DPW000203691
