- Staff · June 4, 2025Thank you for bringing to our attention the concern regarding the railings and seating area located in front of the former restaurant at 2112 E Main St. If the current property owner wishes to keep the railings and maintain the seating area, they must either provide a copy of the originally approved encroachment permit or apply for a new permit through the City. This ensures the use of public right-of-way remains in accordance with city regulations. Please be advised that we will be reaching out directly to the business owner to inform them of this requirement.
