Description

Cars do not slow off the highway ramp making them hit Clay Street above 45mph while people are getting out of their cars, trying to park, etc.

    The I-195 off-ramp to Clay St has a Curve warning sign with a 20mph advisory speed. The average speed on Clay St measured 24mph. The samples are in general compliance with the 25-mph speed and traffic calming is not planned.
