Description
Multiple areas between Leigh and Catherine on Gilmer Street with overgrowth impacting the ROW and also blocking signs for safety and information. Also upset that the sidewalk on Leigh Street have such high growth out of the tree wells. Sidewalks are impeded and line of sight also impacted. Very disappointing that this is where you come off the interstate and see this type of area.
