Description

Cutshaw av ends on an entrance to 195. People speed through here getting to that entrance.There are children playing people walking their dogs and children getting on school buses in this area. A speed bump needs to be installed on Cuthaw Avenue to slow these people down.

    Cutshaw Ave between Malvern Ave and Hamilton St stops at Malvern Ave, Lafayette St, Kent Rd and Hamilton St. The blocks measure around 400’-500’. The average speed range on Cutshaw Ave was 11mph – 16mph in a 25mph zone. Speed tables are not currently planned.
