Description
2nd request - previous request was marked as complete months ago even though nothing was done! Replace speed hump warning sign that was removed by construction when traveling North on Libbie Ave. Cars whiz down the street and launch over the speed hump as there is no warning sign. There are multiple slow down signs placed on the street and people continue to fly through at high speed.
