Description

Tree was removed but tree stump continues to grow under the sidewalk. The stump needs to be removed immediately and repair the sidewalk. The sidewalk is cracked and uneven. This is a high risk for slip/falls occurrences. Pedestrians have fallen multiple times. Thank you.
