Description
Garbage collectors refused to empty can and left a note saying it must be replaced. Garbage can clearly damaged by the garbage collectors/truck. This is ridiculous. Please replace ASAP so they will collect our garbage. 3225 spray painted on can and sticker from garbage collectors on it as well. Someone vandalized can a few months ago with graffiti.
