Description

Homeowners have completely covered and hidden the sidewalk, curb, fire hydrant, and bike lane with huge magnolia leaves from the tree on their property. In addition to being unsafe for cyclists and pedestrians, there has obviously been a vehicular wreck where the fire hydrant has been ripped out of the ground, and is now partially hidden in the leaves again
