Description

Tree is alive but has dead limbs on top for years and occasionally drop heavy limbs. Has at least two dead limbs about 6 feet long and 10" thick hanging 30' above the sidewalk and curb. Request to remove dead limbs that pose safety hazard. Utility line near tree supplies street lights may complicate removal. Tree otherwise looks healthy and would appreciate leaving anything salvageable. Thanks
