Description
Need to add signage at this circle, on the small islands, one that faces Southbound Lombardy, and the other for Northbound Lombardy that says "LEFT TURN NO RIGHT OF WAY", it's a dangerous circle because people making left turns try to hook around it as fast as possible and often cannot see the oncoming traffic obscured from view by the circle.
