Description

People coming flying through the street doing 30 to 40mph in both directions even though it's a one-way street. This is a residential area with kids and elderly.

    The average speed on 21st St between Hull St and Bainbridge St measured 7mph. The samples are in general compliance with the 25-mph speed. At Hull St there are two one-way signs, and one Do Not Enter sign. There are no speed tables or signing changes planned.
