Description

Asphalt chipped off in multiple sections. Complete uprooting of asphalt closest to new kent and close to the stop sign. Causes cars to stop closer to the center of the street. Causes a problem when folks park on 45th (no rear house parking). Adjoining Archer ave has potholes and missing asphalt too.
