Description
Drivers enter and exit Belvidere at extremely high speeds. Request traffic contril devices at each entrance and exit to physically limit drivers’ speed in the area

DMV had no reported crashes for the latest five-year period (1.1.20 – 12.31.24) on 2nd St at the on and off ramps. The average speed on 2nd St between Brown’s Island Way and Oregon Hill Way measured 24mph. The samples are in general compliance with the 25-mph speed. There are no traffic signals or speed tables planned in this immediate area.
