Description
The tree is at the corner of 11th st and Bainbridge st in Manchester. It has several limbs that appear to be dead, pieces of which have been falling onto cars in the street parking below. The limbs also hang over the sidewalk and have been falling there, especially during wind and rain. This tree is directly next to a church and a daycare further creating a safety issue. Please cut these branches off so they don't harm a person or car.
