Description
In the 00 Block of East Commerce Road in the northbound lane at the McDonald's Entrance, there is a Rts 60 & 360 Sign. The East Rt. 60 Sign that points to the left is incorrect. The arrow for the East Rt. 60 Sign should be pointing straight up because when you enter the Manchester Bridge and pass the Semmes Avenue traffic coming on to the bridge, that becomes East Rt. 60 into Downtown Richmond. Also there should be a new West Rt. 60 Sign installed with the arrow pointing to the left.
