Description
The Alley once it was to have the needed repair for the new sewer line and or water lines when Mestec dug the alley up and to my understanding broke once of the lines at 2808 4th ave when the repair for this took place the trench that was dugged has settled there has been constant water flowing that comes in at my gate an pours down my walkway to the deck and house the color of the run off is not the color of the rain clear its murkey looking and the rain does not even run down the alley ramp .
