Description
See photo - arrows indicate that there are three lanes. The right "lane" is completely unusable for making a right on red. The No Parking sign is one car length from 14th St which means you can't use the right lane to turn on red unless you're the first car at the light. No Parking sign should be moved at least one more car length away from 14th St. Current location leads to a waste of drivers' time, more idling/pollution & a ridiculous situation in the state capital that could be fixed easily.
