Description
There is a homeless person living directly to the right of the Fairmont Pool property. He has accumulated items such as 3 super cans, chairs, benches, a large table umbrella, clothes, etc. He also keeps a dog there from time to time tied up at the location all day. There have been several requests to the police but that has not stopped him from coming back. A prior request to clean this area was submitted and nothing was done. It was marked completed on the website but again, nothing was done.
