Description

This scan has a City sticker on it that states it is a personal can and will not be picked up. It is full to the brim and very heavy. Could the City please pick this can up and haul the empty can away so this problem doesn’t persist.I think that’s a better solution than leaving a full can of garbage in the middle of our alleyway that nobody is claiming.
