Description
DPW-Citizen states that the vacant lot at 3400 & 3401 needs to be cut, the grass and trees is growing over 12" inches high. Dead trees has fell in citizen yard, the same area is a vacant lot. Citizen states that he is 100% veteran and citizen is disabled.
