Description
This has been unresolved for at least 9 months now. There is a LARGE hole at the intersection of Ladies Mile and Moss Side/Montrose alleyway. It is very challenging to enter or exit on that side - it requires driving on someone's property to do safely. It's also very difficult to get your car out of the alleyway without damaging your car when there is traffic. This request has been submitted and closed multiple times but has not yet been addressed. Gravel refill will not solve this.
