Description
There is an open hole above 3 feet wide by 5 feet deep near the utility pole at the curb in front of 1308 williamsburg road. There is no cover over the hole, no marker alerting walkers of the hole. Its wide and deep enough for a human to step into and animals to fall into requiring rescue to get out.
