Description
Intersection of Allen and Cary in particular across from Nate’s bagels. There is increased traffic in particular to access Nate’s, Susie’s and Shyndz’s as well as for people to cross 195 to access the park. There is little regard for the speed limit after Meadow and before the speed bump toward VCU/Harrison. Therr also seems to be a large number of motorists that rev their engines during this straightaway.
