Description
At the Bellevue and Hermitage intersection, prior to 6am, the signal stays red for extended periods when no cars are coming. It seems the length of green time for Bellevue is the same or more than Hermitage when the majority of traffic is flowing through Hermitage. The pedestrians signals don't automatically light up either. After 6am, the signal rotates through a more typical cycle. This is a recent adjustment.
