Description
Half of the tree is dead, with the dead part interacting with the power lines connected to my house. Accoridng to the ArcGIS map it is tree ID 38534, which has a condition reported as “poor” in your system. I consulted with Doninion today, and they strongly advise the tree to be cut back from the power lines, specifically the dead part. However they cannot cut city owned trees.
