Description
Every month reports go in for continuous failure to dispose of trash in the containers provided. It’s an ongoing problem with blight and rodents. One can remains on ‘lock dowb’ for months. Business needs to keep roadway clear at all times. Alleyway is NOT a to be used as a personal dumping site.
