Description
During the college school year, northbound traffic takes ripley as a way to avoid the patterson - 3 chopt light. They turn off three chopt and immediately on ripley heading north and they maintain a speed as if they were on 3 chopt. Within 1000 feet of this section we have multiple families with kids under 4 years old. It is also close to a school on patterson and a park. Please put a speed hump to slow down traffix, deter shortcuts, and make this a safe area
