Description
On the Marshall Street side of the property at 400 Chimborazo Blvd, missing bricks midway along the walkway have exposed deep subcavities beneath the sidewalk which could collapse under pedestrian traffic or storm water run-off condition. Improper grading of the sidewalk is causing storm water to enter the property.
