Description
Hello, I’m writing to request a replacement trash bin. The current bin is damaged—one of the wheels is punctured, and the lid has gaps that allow rainwater to seep in. This causes the bin to fill with water and become very heavy and difficult to move. Could you please arrange for a new bin to be delivered and the broken one to be removed at the same time?
