    The average speed on N. 29th St between Nine Mile Rd and Y St measured 19 mph. The samples are in general compliance with the 25-mph speed for residential streets and speed tables are not planned. Speed tables exist on N. 29th St and on N. 28th St closer to Anna Julia Cooper School and Woodville Elementary School.
