Description

It is currently a partially paved/ partially gravel alley with several large potholes. These potholes collect large amounts of rainwater when it rains and damages vehicles. I know in the past the potholes were repaired but they come back. Is it possible to repair / repave they alley as asphalt for a more permanent type of repair
