Description
A big tree impedes walking sidewalk traffic and does not allow for handicap use. Foot traffic often step into the street to pass by three. There is gravel currently in place around the tree and limited sidewalk. Limbs are hanging low and touch the tops of big trucks and City Busses. The tree has a power line running through the limbs. Needs pruning or removal. It could pose a serious problem if the limb breaks and tears the powerline from the properties it services.
