Description
Due to large dip at entrance to alley and high crown of road, MacArthur Ave, request a bridge added to gutter pan. I cant access the alley with car from MacArthur Ave. The garbage truck bottoms out and drags across pavement creating cuts/grooves in road. Please add a bridge to gutter pan. I added a picture of example of bridge requested.
