Description
Concerning infrastructure work on Hull Street Rd between Warwick and Hey Roads, there MUST be a traffic light installed at the intersection of Swanson Road, Chesterfield, and Hull Street Rd. This one necessary amenity will slow traffic, reduce traffic accidents, and allow for cars to safely exit the Food Lion parking lot and housing developments. While the addition of sidewalks is a welcomed, the current suggestion of installing bike lanes & limiting Hull Street Rd to one lane is not the answer.
