Description
The tree roots are sticking out of the ground about 19 inches and also out in the street. I can not park my car in front of this tree as I can not access my passenger side. I fell over the root and twisted my ankle last year. On 03/07, I fell again trying to step over this tree root. i am over 70 years old and I dont heal as fast as I used to.
