Description

The tree was planted 3 or 4 years ago, but it has been weak and sickly looking ever since, although I watered it and took care of it every year. It has not grown much, and now many branches are dead. There is a scar on the trunk near the ground as well. It is not completely dead, but it appears to be close to dead. I would hope it could be removed and a new tree planted.
