Description
need to follow up on info on folks speeding in his area. Wants to make the street safer...There's speed bumps only at the beginning of Decatur St. Caller would like for another speed bump to be added he feels this will get folks to slow down. Caller states it would be a deterrent for the speed bump to be placed at E 14th St or further down pass the stop sign.
