Description
This is on the sidewalk right in front of the Continental restaurant in Manchester off Hull St. There is what I believe to be an old piece of a street sign sticking out of the ground. Its is sharp, rusty, and unnoticeable when walking unless paying close attention. I stubbed my toe on it while crossing the street and it sliced me causing me to bleed. Someone could really hurt themselves on it with it not being very noticeable.
