Description
The stump that was left behind is still coming up from the ground, causing a risk of tripping. Also, there is a hole where the stump has rotted, again, causing a tripping hazard. I am requesting that the stump gets ground down and a new tree gets planted in its place. The neighbor across the street had a similar request filled and their new ginkgo it’s very well. We are requesting a similar ginkgo tree be planted in place of the stump.
