Description
The trash in and around the intermediate terminal is horrible….people are just throwing garbage, food, beer cans, liquor bottles and fish heads everywhere. There is very loud music at night and motorcycles going on the capital trail. This area is a disgrace to the capital trail and the city of Richmond.
