Description
8 giant tires with no rims have been dumped on the sidewalk next to the abandoned lot. On the front of the lot with the brick wall. This site is were the city recently took down a dying oak tree and ground the stump. This lot also previously had a homeless encampment,and currently still has three mattresses and a pile of dumped regular car tires.
